Hurricane Irma is heading my way. I live in the northern coast of Puerto Rico (on the beach!) My students are excited because they don’t have school. They don’t understand other people’s suffering.
This is not good news. Let’s hope the hurricane makes a turn somewhere instead of coming in for a direct hit to Puerto Rico. Whatever happens, I hope you, your students and the rest of the population stay safe.

🙁 take cover and buy some candy. Then when you go back to school, tell them wind carried them to your doorstep.
