I just started ep 2 of Love Next Door. I’m watching because I love these actors but I have a feeling it’s another GOTCHA! drama. 1 because both of these actors are more than capable of more than a basic romcom and 2. the rest of the cast—is that the cast you get for a casual romcom? 3. Dramas REALLY like throwing in a bit of murder and drama these days when all I signed up for was some banter and skinship 4. There’s a moment in this ep when MLs mom is listening to her classical music and sipping her tea and the dad is leaving and the score SCREAMED “pay attention!”
Buy they also gave us shirtless pretty men in the first few mins of this ep and I’m shallow af so….here we are.
