I’d love to see a drama – perhaps a mini-webseries – with dialogue consisting of nothing but bad advice and easily disproven pop-psychology aphorisms. “You can’t love others until you love yourself.” “If you want him to like you, you need to play hard to get!” “Men and women can’t be friends.” Etc.

“MOthers always knows when their child is in danger” even when it should be in school.
There’s a whole range of things mothers do according to K-drama. It’s sweet of them to say it, but … It’s pretty high expectations.
I don’t mean the “would die for their child”. I would. But a lot of the other stuff … hmmm.

@sonai and/or @ceciliedk Side question…do you pay for Disney+ where you are? If so, is the Korean Life on Mars really available to you in Europe through Disney+?

Ah, I’m afraid this is the one streaming subscription I’m still denying myself. 😅 Unfortunately, if you have no subscription, searching through their offering seems next to impossible… but I’m sure @ceciliedk would know, because I noticed she was able to watch Flex x Cop, which is a D+ exclusive – right?

Fun fact: there can still be differences to the offering depending on what country you reside in. I’ve watched Age of Youth ages ago on a trip to Spain, and realized only when I returned home that it was no longer available to me on Netflix (the horror was real!). It was released some months later in my country, so…
