I was using Pages to compose the post, and then copying and pasting using COMMAND+V, which didn’t work. As you suggested, I tried pasting using right click instead, and it worked. Thanks for the tip!
I have a Mac too, so as soon as you mentioned Pages, I knew this method would work for you. However… all credit to @attiton from whom I originally learned this trick! 😉
If you’re an Apple user, I am still able to utilize this trick if I first type out my long post on the Notes app, then Copy & Paste onto my FanWall to post 😊

I used to be able to post longer comments here by composing, copying and pasting from Pages. Anyone know why it’s no longer working?

Use the TextEdit app and then paste using right click.
