Ok I am swooning. What a great landing for Doctor Slump. We got to bathe in sugar and the show even acknowledged how sweet it all is when Bada and his mom mention it. So meta again.
I also loved how it ticked off literally all the tropes in k-dramaland so very deliberately. I could almost see the team checking off from a box – “hey did we get this one?” and then laugh about how they were going to turn it on its head, lol! Every single freaking time.
