There is so much I’m enjoying about Dr. Slump. Except, I can’t seem to
warm up to the FL’s best friend. I hate that because I love a strong friendship and a well done secondary romance.

    Maybe after the misunderstanding of his “vicious rejection” is cleared and she sees how good they are for each other her tune will change.

    Exactly! Last night’s episode with her taunting the FL made me write a whole rant in my head, but then I figured you guys have heard me complaining enough already. The so-called best friend who teases hurtfully, whines, shrieks, fails to read her friend’s mood, badmouths the ML, or urges the FL to stay away from him for stupid reasons is such a tired cliché. It’s been a sour note in a lot of otherwise sweet shows.

      It is always such a treat when a drama has strong friendships, especially for the FL.

    Agree. She really knows how to grate on her “friend.” Is she a clue-less nerd or an insensitive person?
