Does anyone else have days where they just feel a bit empty? Its not a bad feeling but just an empty one, Like the drive to execute plans is not there and you are just going through the motions
You may want to devote 1/2 hr to really figuring out what’s got you stuck so you recognize it in the future when it happens again and get past it more easily. A tool to use is asking yourself are you mad? Sad? Glad? Scared? For example, what are you scared of (I’m generally scared of more than one thing, like not getting the Cmas gifts ordered and sent + having to cook for a sick neighbor + the upcoming tax bill). When you name them, you can address them better as facts or projects, it takes it out of the realm of being in your head. Hope this isn’t too long winded, it’s just something that helps me feel
less anxious and get moving again. Sometimes calling a friend is a good way to “break” the paralysis/fog.
Thank you so much. I think it is the burnout from preparing and giving my entrance exams. I took a break today for half the day and i feel a bit better now. I think it is probably the fact that i have been doing the same thing for a long time now

Its been a weird day overall. I can’t really pin down why I have been feeling this way. I think I just need to give it some time

It helps to have someone to chat with. I hope you have access to a close friend where you can truly be yourself without fear of judgement.

Sure! It happens all the time. Having something scheduled helps me get going.
