Hi beanies. I’m looking for a drama title. I can’t remember it or I never knew it. It came out last year or maybe 2020? I saw it in passing. I think it was mainly female-centric. It was about working in a department store..? And the dynamics of that, I think? I think it had well seasoned actresses headlining it. I remember it very hazily. Does this extremely vague description remind anyone of any drama of recent years (2019-now)? It doesn’t have to be set at a department store. And it’s not Jang Na ra’s drama where her husband cheated on her. Neither is it WWW. I appreciate any response, if there is, in advance. Thanks 😊
I’m starting to get worried it might have been it. In my head, it veered more towards an office/slice of life story like ‘Radiant office’. The description, sans the breakups and melo vibes, matches and I remember it headlining someone like Song Hye-Kyo. The timeline, too, matches. Thank you 🙏🏾
It could also be this. It is female-centered. The timeline matches and the caliber of the actresses also match. My YT history says I’ve watched the trailer which I’m not surprised about since I love the actresses so much. But it has a much darker and dramatic tone than the vague drama I remember. Maybe I imagined that or I’m mixing a few dramas in my head. Thank you 🙏🏾
it could be about that lady whose 17 year old self travels ahead in time with her..and now she is trying to take care of her own self after getting fired from the mall and with this 17 yr old of herself around
This is ‘Hello, Me!’, right? I don’t think this is it. I also vaguely remember seeing this on the dramabeans. Was it any good? I’m always hesitant to check out Kim Young Kwang’s projects. Don’t know why. Looking through his discography, I’ve never hated anything I’ve seen him in. In fact, I’ve even enjoyed them all (except Sweet Stranger) but I don’t know why hearing his name in a project makes me a little less excited.
VIP is the drama where Jang Nara’s husband, Lee Sang Yoon cheated on her. I’ve watched it. At this point, I’m sure conflating VIP’s plot with something else I saw in passing.

Fight for My Way? The FL has a job as an information desk announcer at a department store.

I watched and loved FMY when it was airing. It was also too long ago. Thank you 💜

It’s not Now we are breaking up, is it? She’s a designer but there are a lot of department store scenes.

I haven’t watched it, but could it be VIP? Your description somehow reminded me of that.
