I love that they respect led their viewers by thinking of everything especially the direction the show was going to go all the way to the end. It is a really well-made show. Kudos to everyone involved.
I LOVE Song Kang in this one. He’s just magnificent.
I at first thought Song Kang was too emotionally acting in the first two eps, but without his emotion, I really don’t think someone else could have pulled off the magic at the end of ep 8, or the emotional bond between Deok-chul and Chae-rok like he did. He was just great.
I have replayed the final scene in episode 8 a number of times I find it so moving. Each time I can’t get over the freeze frame expression on Song Kang’s face when he finishes his movement and looks to Deok-chul. SK’s eyes say it all. Fantastic performance.

Navillera was just amazing. Even down to Ho-bum’s character arc, the show knew what it wanted to do. More drama’s should be 12 episodes.

For me, the ending of ep8 is one of the best scenes I’ve ever seen in my whole life.
