Having experienced at least 5 burnouts/breakdowns in my last job before taking graduate studies abroad, I can totally relate to Chu Min-ha in #HospitalPlaylist ep 8 that I also considered filing my resignation HAHA. And so i cried my eyes out when Seok-hyung (finally) told her that she did so well and that he knows she’ll become a good doctor. That and knowing that he bought food for her made me cry buckets. Seriously. Buying food for your colleagues (especially during hectic periods of work) can do wonders.
Seok Hyung needs to be a better boss. Ole girl should not be getting away with the stuff she’s doing. He was right to give Min Ha her props but I still wanted her to at least move to another service. So he could feel her absence. You can’t treat good workers like that.
