Music March
I have many fond memories when it comes to The Sound of Music. It’s a movie that makes me feel good again after a bad day. I can’t even count how many times I’ve watched it.
I love all the songs in this movies, so it’s really hard to pick one. So, I’ll just pick one that is the funniest (at least in my opinion). Hope it can at least make you smile. Cheer up and stay safe, beanies!
This was the first movie I ever saw. I watched it every year when they showed it on TV, and got the soundtrack on LP and wore out the grooves. Love it, thanks for posting!
My friend owns a karaoke version of the DVD. We had the Sound of Music karaoke day a few years ago when it was the movie’s 50th anniversary. That was fun. π
In my country this was THE Christmas movie when I was growing up. We watched it on tv every year, knew all the songs… for me it’s super nostalgic. Watched it a couple of years ago with my kids, and it holds up, they loved it too
We had a school concert where the school performed a play on Sound of Music. It was such a good performance by everyone. I chickened out during the auditions for singing and dancing and I remember feeling so bad for not participating because it was so good! The soundtrack is just memorable. These Are a Few of My Favourite Things waa a favourite back then! π
The movie is really nice too!

Ah.. I posted “These Are A Few of My Favorite Things” twice already on my wall. Otherwise, I would have chosen that one. π
