Reasons to watch: It feels like a lifetime ago since we last saw Lee Jong-seok in dramaland, so his return in a romance is an especially welcome one.

Law and the City follows a group of young attorneys who become friends and lunchmates while working at different law firms sharing the same office complex. They’re all associate attorneys, the poor souls who are salaried and have to bust their butts off before (if ever) making it to partner at their firms. As the group grows closer, Lee Jong-seok and Moon Ga-young develop feelings and try to navigate those feelings without any of their friends wising up. In addition to the romance aspect, the drama will show all of our protagonists on journeys to grow as both individuals and as attorneys.

While I’m most looking forward to the Lee Jong-seok/Moon Ga-young pairing, the rest of the ensemble is just as strong, with Kang Yoo-seok, Ryu Hye-young, and Im Sung-jae rounding out the main cast.

TL;DR: Come for Lee Jong-seok, stay for the friendships and stories of growth.

Me too! It sounds so good. Its gonna be good! Sounds like a growth story so it has a foundation to build upon. Throw in the actors and we have something worthwhile to watch, right?
