Would You Rather #56

In dramaland, leading ladies often find themselves torn between the love of two equally attractive men — a choice none of us would want to make! But what if you did have to pick between the frustrating lawyer and the adorkable police officer? In this feature, we ask you to make the difficult decisions — and we aren’t limiting our options to dreamy oppas.

Vote via the poll and feel free to use the comments to explain exactly how you were able to choose! So, Beanies:

WOULD YOU RATHER #55 RESULTS

It’s been a while since our last Would You Rather post, so welcome back! The results in our last round were close, but 51% of you indicated that you’d rather have your crush pull down your pants than endure the condom free-for-all.

And the reason being… well, it’s not very clear, because those willing to have their pants pulled down were rather quiet in the comments section. @welh640 was one of the few who spoke up, believing that having their pants pulled down would, at the very least, be a “conversation starter.” (Just imagine that “How I met your mother” story.)

I can only suspect, then, that the rest of the Beanies who voted to have their pants pulled down were aligned with @ceciliedk and @darwi, who logically assumed that the only way their pants are coming down around their crushes is in a private and consensual setting. In which case, yeah, nothing to be embarrassed about.

As for everyone who picked the condom option, you were all in agreement that condoms just aren’t that embarrassing past a certain age.

This choice was close. I voted "Travel between parallel universes " because 1) it implies that it works both ways 2) it would interesting to see what an alternative life I could have had 3) determine whether the butterfly effect is real.

I'd rather be a King travelling through parallel universes than be a space tourist who breaks spaceship rules without thinking.

I wanted to be an astronaut as a kid until I figured out what it took to actually become one 😅 so space tourism would let me experience that in a slightly less intense way. (I am pretty opposed to space tourism from a climate perspective though.) And it definitely seems safer than all the potential havoc one could wreak traveling between universes - we've got enough to be dealing with already!

I am constitutionally unable choose any option that is involves Lee Min Ho even if he is only alluded to in pictures. However, the would you rather about space reminds me of Tina Fey’s epic joke about the movie Gravity—“a story about how George Clooney would rather float away in space and die than spend another minute with a woman his age.”

Easy: I'm 300% fed up with this dimension and would've love nothing more than moving somewhere even slightly better, preferably permanently. Also, wouldn't it be fun to meet another version of myself?

Space tourism can wait until technology progresses enough to get rid of harmful effects of zero gravity on human body.

It would be cool seeing parallels universes and seeing potentially different versions of people you know.

Also an escape from the world would be nice and welcomed.

Somewhere there must be a parallel universe with better script writers.

I pick time travel because being a space tourist now would mean giving vast sums of money to a real-life evil overlord 👹

I think I'd at least dress a little better in a parallel universe than in a spaceship...where there's zilch wardrobe choices.

I actually would love love love to see the Earth from outer space - what an awe-inspiring thing, but in general there's too much empty space and darkness out there and I'd probably get tired of the same people in a confined space very quickly. So parallel universes it is!

Space tourisms is bad is winced at the idea of the vitual fuel that they burned for the rescue mission. Yes, science is good and I'm all for increasing knowledge. But at the moment in time that we are, there are healtier ways to use money. (not that the uberrich seem to care)

I'll be affraid to disturb, or bring a lethal germ to another dimension, but I am eager to leave this one (turn on the news if you wonder why).
At least, we can go into Dramaland a few hours every day. Thanks Dramabeans for beeing the launch pad and nice return base for these explorations;

Either the alternate universe would be worse, or it would be better, both of which would cheer me up at the moment.

I don't like space tourism due to the negative environmental impact. Also, it doesn't seem interesting to be travelling with a bunch of strangers in a big tin can and I feel like the interesting view will only be interesting for all of maybe 5 minutes.

Parallel universe is a lot more interesting and doesn't require a ton of people and equipment to make happen. And so many things to see and people to meet!
