- New character posters have dropped for Disney+’s upcoming Light Shop, where Joo Ji-hoon (Blood Free) awaits his visiting customers from between the mortal and spirit realms. The mystery-horror also has Park Bo-young (Daily Dose of Sunshine), Uhm Tae-gu (My Sweet Mobster), and Lee Jung-eun (The Frog) among others in our spooky cast, who will be creeping to our screens on December 4 next month. - Tis the season for Joo Ji-hoon on tvN as well, where he and ex-girlfriend Jung Yumi (The School Nurse Files) continue their childish squabbles in the latest poster and teaser for Love Your Enemy. Reunited after after 18 long years, the rom-com follows their enemies-to-lovers-again story on November 23, following Jeongnyeon – The Star is Born in the weekend slot. [Sports Donga]
- Im Ji-yeon (The Killing Vote) entrances us on JTBC in a swish of red, pulling the silks over our eyes to retain her stolen identity in the new poster for The Tale of Lady Ok. Also starring Choo Young-woo (Oasis), Kim Jae-won (Hierarchy), and Yeonwoo (Dog Knows Everything), the sageuk romance will be airing on weekends starting November 30. [MBC]
- The promos continue on MBC as well with character stills for When the Phone Rings, showcasing our troubled show window couple: Yoo Yeon-seok (A Bloody Lucky Day) and Chae Soo-bin (The Fabulous). - tvN prepared stills as well for the upcoming Parole Examiner Lee, giving us another peek into Go Soo (Missing: The Other Side 2) and Kwon Yuri (Good Job) on the job. - Channel A has started up promos for the fictional sageuk Check-in Hanyang, with the first poster showcasing our hotel’s foursome: Bae In-hyuk (The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract), Kim Ji-eun (Love Next Door), Jung Geon-joo (Bittersweet Hell), and DKZ’s Jaechan (My Sweet Mobster). I just realized that we will get a double dose of Joo Ji Hoon next month. Not sure if this is a good thing since I plan to watch both. I may confuse the storylines of both dramas. 🤞🫣 hopefully not.
