Kim Hye-yoon will be so fun as a gumiho! I have no experience with Lomon, but all I hope for is that he won’t drag her down and there is a sufficient height difference. Girl has a type.

Very intrigued by Doubt but I want to hear more first. Criminal profiling can be cool, but it can also be tired if they aren’t bringing something new and distinguishing themselves from the masterpiece that is Through the Darkness.

I love that poster and I love Kim Tae-ri, so I’m ready for Jeongnyeon!
Also, what does “sitcom” mean in the context of dramaland? I haven’t seen too many with that kind of descriptor before.

Sitcoms used to be popular in the 90s and early 2000s before basically going extinct. I would argue that the Answer Me series (esp 97) is pretty close, except sitcoms were a little cheesier and campy (in a good way), more episodic, with looser story arcs.

I suspect Dog Knows will be making its own brand though, and I don't know whether to be excited or scared. I have a lot of nostalgia for the oldies and murder cases didn't infiltrate sitcoms in my day! 😤 Bah Humbug!

Buuuutt I'll still check it out for Lee Soon-jae😅

Thanks! I think of some of the goofier procedurals kind of like sitcoms, so maybe that’s where this is headed. I 100% did not assume murder cases for this one though! I read “town’s mysteries” and assumed it was going to be the Korean equivalent of someone stealing a cooling pie from a windowsill hahaha! On the other hand, it would not be the least likely place for a murderer to pop up, so I guess we should just be ready for anything.

4. Every piece of promotion that comes out for Jeongnyeon makes me even more excited for this.

5. Timestamps? How very Skam of you. So, is this gonna be streaming internationally, or are fans gonna have to use more creative methods? Again, how very Skam of you.
