This week in ratings, My Sweet Mobster attempts a rise, Connection holds its double digits, and Miss Night and Day climbs to all-new highs. We also say goodbye to Bittersweet Hell and The Midnight Romance in Hagwon, the latter of which ended on a nice peak.

Oh Lobster, I'm happy you got a little rise. But those shoulders can carry even higher numbers. Hwaiting.
I've yet to watch Hagwon finale, but I'm glad it got decent numbers (tho I wonder if they were hoping for even higher).
Miss Night & Day is all Miss Night. I refuse to believe otherwise. LOL. Ofc, there's more to it, but LJE is amazeballs.

Except for "The White Tower," a political, medical drama, Ahn Pan Seok's other dramas may not appeal to everyone, so Tvn was probably not expecting high ratings. Typically, his kind of drama gets between 5% and 10% viewership.

I wish I could say that our weekender deserved higher ratings, but this weekend's episodes marked the nadir of BEAUTY AND MR ROMANTIC.
CONNECTION may not be my personal cup of tea, but it is obviously well done and so my hat is off to the writer, director and actors for doing very well.
I am actually quite a bit miffed with the Korean audience for not giving more love to MY SWEET MOBSTER. If they want good shows in the future, they need to appreciate a good show now.

I suspect with all of the hair-pulling and proper makjang treatment of our already-one-down female lead this past Sunday that we'll see a rise in the ratings for our weekender, Beauty and Mr. Romantic, next week...

That is a nice jump for the finale of The Midnight Romance in Hagwon. I am not watching the show but that is still commendable
I sure hope Connection keeps the double digit ratings next week! Thirsty Deer ratings improved too.

Good to see Miss Night and Day do well. Hope it is able to reach 10% during its run.

I'm glad Midnight Romance in Hagwon ended on a high, I loved the show and I'll miss it not being on anymore. I'm happy most kdramas keep such a short schedule relative to other countries because it helps keep the story from meandering for the most part, but it does mean I miss the good ones a lot more a lot faster.
