Seasons of blossom was always going to be a hard watch with the heavy topic of youth suicide. The merging of two seasons worked in showing the young people were facing the same dilemmas caused by the limitations of youth, not knowing how to communicate, worrying about impact on others and feeling overwhelmed by the dilemmas they were facing. Adulting can be variations on these same themes if we don’t learn the right skills as we experience life. Most of the stories in K drama land show that struggles are often made worse by not asking for help when it is needed most. Somang’s journey showed an adult learning and more importantly sharing her learning with the young people so they can be better equipped to cope with the challenges as they transition into adulthood.

I recommend this drama to those who enjoy romance and coming of age dramas. This covers a sensitive issue well, showing the experiences of those left behind. I give this a rating of 8.
