I'm not as articulate or analytical as others but here goes haha
Since about week 2, I think the phrase that most accurately described the show was "consistent in its inconsistency". The show isn't a masterclass in rom coms but it's such a nice drama. There are many modern and realistic aspects that I don't think are common in many Kdramas. I liked the way different types of strength and vulnerabilities were shown. While there aren't any real deep dives into societal issues, the way they are even mentioned and acknowledged is nice. One thing I like is that there's no love triangles. I like the balance and contrast between the lead characters.
There are definitely aspects that could have been done better (though technically I think that's true of any show) and there's some stylistic choices that are possibly divisive but I thought it gave the show its own look and vibe. One thing that I think helps with watching this show is not watching it with expectations but just watching how these characters', particularly the leads', relationship evolves.
I think the ending is happy, optimistic, and satisfying.

Ultimately, whole drama fells short to fully utilize talents of main cast. Not bad but it could have been much more.

Yep, this should could have been really great, but landed in the good/very good category. With Lee Se Young's character, they could have made her the knight saving the "damsel" Lee Seung Gi like they did midway in the show, but by the end, it's Lee Seung Gi saying to LSY, don't worry, i'll find your mom, stop the crime syndicate by myself...oh well, i will always remember drunk Kim Yuri with throw up telling Seung Gi that they should take off her throw up shirt based on his preference...hilarious :)
