Why no love for Adamas?
I figured the well deserved EAW was it’s biggest competitor

I guess nobody saw shirtless Ji Sung from episode 1 huh
Still there was dapper suit Ji Sung

Another week where I don't understand the ratings...

Apart from BM, none of major show getting double digit rating.
Sadly, AOS couldn't pull one too for its finale.
Since Adamas and BM are not available in my usual platform, I couldn't say much about the show.
Looking forward on 4th quarter Kdrama list ✌️

I really wish tvN had put Adamas on Mon-Tues. Maybe it wouldn't have made a difference in the ratings, but I think it would have had more of a chance. For whatever reason, thrillers just haven't worked for tvN in the Wed-Thurs slot over the past year.

I also think if SBS had put Today's Webtoon on Mon-Tues it might have at least hit the 3-5% range.

It's good Alchemy of Souls won't have a long break. I'm not happy with Part 1, but I think the ratings will probably continue in the 6-9% range when it comes back.

The ratings for ITS BEAUTIFUL NOW are decent but not a match for its predecessor- which was a smash hit in comparison. And yet it does not rely as much on the implausible. So what gives?

EXTRAORDINARY ATTORNEY WOO was an extraordinary show. I am not surprised that no show received a bump when it was over. People have more options for viewing these days- and exercise them.

That being said I do wonder if ratings will rise for GOOD JOB. It is a fun watchable show.

Sometimes I like looking at the Wikipedia pages of the dramas because they give Ratings + Rank and I think that provides a good picture of how the shows are actually doing on cable or broadcast.

For example, AoS with ratings in the 6-7% range was still 1st across all cable channels for the entirety of its run that too with a massive difference between 1st and 2nd.

I didn't finish Cafe Minamdang, but am surprised it got pretty good ratings its timeslot and channel. I did not like the writing and was fed up with it. For the actors' sake, I'm glad the ratings were actually pretty good.

I feel really bad for Today's Webtoon. I promised to watch it with a friend over the phone, but we can only get an episode in every week or two, so it may take us until the end of the year to finish. Seems to be an okay slice of life. Wouldn't imagine it to get stellar ratings, but didn't expect it to get abysmal ratings either.

Regular proof that there is no formula for ratings!

This crop looks lackluster for me. When will I have the next Hometown Cha*3, Sh**ting Stars, 2521, even CLOY will be fine.. or Coffee Prince. I need something uplifting with a good ensemble!
