Buoyant atmosphere at Suspicious Partner script read

SBS’s upcoming rom-com drama Suspicious Partner just held its first script read, and it looks so cute already. Ji Chang-wook (The K2)) is starring as a prickly tsundere prosecutor—the epitome of a sexy brainiac—while Nam Ji-hyun (Shopping King Louis) will be playing his love interest, an energetic new judicial trainee who breaks through the walls of his heart.
She’s an outsider who becomes involved in a suspicious case, and together they fall in love as they work together to get to the bottom of this mystery. Previous character synopses say that she is supposed to have been a professional martial artist who suddenly decided to pursue a law degree instead. I wonder if the catalyst for her career switch may be somehow related with the case.
PD Park Sun-ho, who co-produced Legend of the Blue Sea and Jackpot, is taking the lead on this project, and Protect the Boss’s writer Kwon Ki-young is in charge of the script. Welcoming their actors and staff, PD Park said: “Making precious bonds with each other, let’s have fun on set, and let’s work hard try to create beautiful pictures that we will be proud of.” Writer Kwon added that she was honored to work with everyone that she would do her best.
The two second leads Choi Tae-joon (Missing 9) and Hello Venus idol member Nara were also present at the script read. Choi, who is real-life besties with Ji Chang-wook, will be playing his friend in the drama, who is a lawyer that grew up without a lot of love. It was reported that the production staff were surprised at how reliable Nara’s acting skills were at the script read. So it looks like Suspicious Partner is coming along well.
Wednesday-Thursday drama Suspicious Partner will begin airing on May 10.

The ultimate dilemma: Do I get started on another drama with sexy leads (on top of the tens I have on my list already) orrr get not started on another drama and focus on my school work? Pfft who am I kidding we all know the answer here (I think sadly but not totally sure LOL)

Is Ji Chang Wook serious right now? He looks so freaking good and it's like he's in a photoshoot? How. Also I love his glasses! On the other hand, Nam Ji Hyun looks GORGEOUS with that hairstyle!! I hope it's her official hair style for the drama.
I'm feeling alot better about the casting after seeing how relaxed and jovial the cast seem with one another.
Oh goodness I can't wait to see JCW's lovestruck expressions in this drama, that's all I can think about now...

I hope DB Staffs could fix the paragraph spacing. There are beanies who commented long in recaps to share their wonderful insights. I love reading comments be it short or long but with the absence of paragraph spacing, I tend to skip it after reading few sentences.

Ugh. I'm SO MAD I can't watch this whilst it's airing. So. MAD. So sad too...

It sounds like a very boring story with beautiful male leads. I hope the plot will be a good surprise... I'll always check something out with Ji Chang Wook in it. Especially if he wears glasses.
