Grandpas Over Flowers’ actress spin-off secures cast

Okay, so I don’t think Na PD can go with Grandmas Over Flowers for this foursome, but the cast is now complete for the actress special of tvN’s hit travel variety show Grandpas Over Flowers. The as-yet-unnamed trip will feature Lee Seung-gi as Luggage(-Errand-Slave) Boy, and actresses (from left to right): Yoon Yeo-jung (age 67, Queen’s Classroom), Kim Ja-ok (age 63, Can’t Lose), Kim Hee-ae (age 47, A Wife’s Credentials), and Lee Mi-yeon (age 43, Merchant Kim Man-deok).
I wish they’d all been of a similar age, but their commonality seems to be acting chops by and large. In any case I’m really excited about Yoon Yeo-jung, who’s just sassy and outspoken and amazing, and Kim Ja-ok, whom I absolutely adore. They’re total opposites — one’s brassy and the other’s all sweetness and light, but both are hilarious. Here’s the imaginary picture I have in my head of each of them: Yoon Yeo-jung is leaning back in a chair and smoking (and silently judging), and Kim Ja-ok is wearing a tiara for no reason other than it made her feel pretty that day. I foresee some hijinks with these two.
Mostly, I just trust that Na PD will find gold in the combination, whatever it is. And it doesn’t hurt that he’ll be reuniting with 1 Night 2 Days ex-maknae Seung-gi, who judging by last week’s Grandpas Over Flowers, signed a contract without knowing what he was getting himself into. Always read the fine print when you’re dealing with an evil mastermind!
The details of the trip (like destination) are still up in the air, but they’ll start shooting in mid-October and then leave for their ten-day backpacking trip in early November. The first episodes of the series will air by late November on tvN.

I am excited about this. first because of Lee Seunggi.
You can't get wrong with him,
Next because its the reunion of queen mother and his son, the king. Oh i love them so much in k2H.. they made my heart bleed all kinds of blood.
then there is na PD, evil mastermind it his most evil plots.
and the actresses. Oh, I cant just see them loving Seunggi. And I am seeing rating rating rating..
It would be so funny to have SeoJin oppa-haggard-demanding grandpa trips to Seunggi all-women loving comparison

awww Seung Gi's dimple makes a appearance, that little cutie is enough to make most women swoon, old or young.
I'm thinking the lucky 4 women that do get to go on a trip with Seung Gi will be making the most of their master powers over 'slave' Seung Gi, I know I most certainly would! In fact I could probably give Na PD a run for his money muahaha

Please tell me how to watch subbed Halbae over Flowers coz I cant access HULU (Not living in USA). Or, anyone can teach me how to crack hulu also welcome. Please, anything to watch the show! >.<

I'm not sure if it is on Hulu, but, if you use Chrome you can get an extension called 'Hola Unblocker' that let's you unlock any site from any country so you can use different versions of Netflix and Hulu.

first you need to download mediahint extension. once downloaded, open google chrome browser,click the icon underneath the close button at the top right-side of your screen.its a drop menu. click settings. then click "extensions". open the folder where u saved your downloaded media hint file. drag it on the extensions area of you browser and install. you can now got to hulu and watch gof.

I really thought the cast would be older considering all the Grandpas were in their 80s. Still love the cast though. But I don't think there will be that sense of urgency or stress with LSG. He's a puppy and they will all adore him too pieces.

its amazing hw kim hee ae looks at 47!even with lasers,face lifts,i think veru few women can look so good at that age naturally. in the drama midas,there was a point where the character by janghyuk(36) contemplated a relationship with her,n it even seems plausible for me!

can't agree more. at first, i thought she and jang hyuk have a romance line because her appearance wasn't really that old compared to jang hyuk.
sometimes i wondered why someone like her, Chae Si-ra, and Kim Sung-ryung can become really youth looking and still amazing in their fourties.

Yoon Yeo-jung is a hoot and Kim Ja-ok, notwithstanding the reference to Kim Hae-sook in a recent ep of RM, is to me, the actress who is synonymous w/ "Korea's mom."
Otoh, LSG w/ his "aww shucks" act - ugh.

I wish all of them were like Yoon Yeo-jung and Kim Ja-ok. Kim SooMi would've been great! Why Lee Mi-yeon? I still remember reading the article (and her picture) at the time of her divorce from Kim SeungSoo (Kim NamJu's husband) ages ago (damn me reading all those junks! -oh I also read Kim Ja-ok has had hard time because of spouse's illness which you would not never guess since she always looks like a princess!) . But I like Kim Hee-ae. I remember Yi SoonJae halbae said in his interview long time ago that best male actor he thinks was Kim MyungMin, and best female actress was Kim Hee-ae. She got my admiration in her acting in 'my husband's woman'.

Yoon Yeo-jung is gold, after rediscovering being the best in K2H & YWRIU (Husband's Got a Family).
Kim Hee-ae is perpetually beautiful no matter how much her numbers add up.
Lee Mi-yeon is forever beautiful, and I will always remember her as "Empress Myeongseong" (step aside Choi Myeong-gil &

The last two actresses I can't see as "grandmas" because they're both younger than my own mother, who's 50, and not even a "grandma" yet. So, that's a strike against the show for me. But I'll trust in Na PD's evil-genius/mastermind-y ways, and just see what we get.
I adore Lee Seung-gi, so I'll be rooting for him as he plays Errand/Slave/Luggage Boy. Heh. I also enjoy it to no end.
I'm not really familiar with the actresses, but I'll look forward to this show and the trip!

It seems some people are hoping for "grandma" edition, but actually from the first announcement it has already been said that actresses will be in different age groups. PD Na want to try something different in this second project.

Yeah, I also wish they got women who were closer in age. Since a 20-year gap seems large enough for the younger women to be more "respectful" towards the older ladies.
So I feel you wouldn't get as much fun bickering like you did with the grandpas.
