I honestly don't get the outpouring of emotions here. Maybe because where i come from repeat pairings are the rule, with off screen relationships, real or fake, as a major and necessary marketing strategy. Anyway i like this pairing, and it could very well be a disaster, but who knows they just might defy the general expectation and give us a good drama.

seriously?! i seriously really do not understand why JYH's company or even JYH agreed to this.if he wants to grow as an actor, i think it's best that he will choose another drama genre and as of this moment to not be casted with PSY. for Pete's sake, his first 2 dramas are with her! now he will be typecasted as whom who always works with only PSY. how can he show his versatility as an actor if he keeps on working with almost the same type of drama and with the same actress.
and i have to agree with some of the commments regarding PSH, i think she has enough of this cutesy roles. she can act, why stick to this cutesy roles.

Man, girlfriday. Now I want a drama about a drama where either the first or second lead pairs have been cast with each other for the third time. Hilarity and drama ensues while being tangled up with either at least one of the other leads, director, or better yet some random extras.

Park Shin-hye? Yes.
Lee Minho? Yes!
Jung Yonghwa? YES!!
All together? A big NO!

And PSH and Yonghwa again. Please no. My second lead complex will be there again, it's already here. >.<

As much as I love Yonghwa, sadly he isn't a brilliant actor, he is sooooo pretty and he is a wonderful musician, so just let him do what he is best at.... T_T

I can't wait to see this drama. People in the world, you can give any comments you want but all I can say, the more this drama is being talked about, the more you attract people because they will get curious and join the group for discussions. LOL this is getting interesting. I would definitely pray everyday for the success of this drama and the acting performance of these actors and actresses. Don't you have a heart to just spend few moments to pray for it's success? If you're a Christian, you will definitely do it. If not, then you're something else.

They keep doing the repeats w/ other couples, too: especially Lee Da-hae and Jang Hyuk.

I seriously don't care. =P I just want a decent drama. And since I've watched both "you" dramas and the second one was trauma for me since it was sucky, I'm going to trust the writer on this one.

The writer hasn't written the script yet. I'm not going to gripe until I see it. A good writer can make up for actor's faults. An actor can't make up for a bad script.

=P I'm not so easily swayed by the site management opinion. =P I have plenty of my own.

Such as, KES is a good writer, she just likes a subtle hand, which isn't the management's favorite type of script. (They tend to miss a lot or ignore it...)

LMH, isn't the best actor and I don't consider him eye candy that much (Sue me.) But he's really good at creating chemistry in a Rom Com setting.

PSH I really like as an actress. Mostly for her work ethic. While she doesn't always nail the chemistry, she's always on track with the character, even when other things are falling apart.

YH was good as suffering lead. Especially when they give him fedoras. (Probably sponsored)

If they are dating, not dating, good friends who give heads up, what role they'll play in the drama, etc. I'm withholding all judgment until I see the damned thing. I'm trusting the writer on this one. Subtle, layered, methodical, yet funny. With some layered symbolism, less meta.

Sure, they're cute together, gf, and we all love a cute pair. But there's no way we'll be able to watch this without a 3 drama mix-up to the tune of, "You've Fallen for My Beautiful Heirs.

I wasnt planning to watch this but I'll give it a try for Yonghwa. How is Yonghwa going to refuse Writer Kim if even JDG cant refuse her right?

I thought about this and I'm sure Writer Kim knows what she's doing so I have faith in her. Just hope it's not going to effect his group activities too much or make him lose him too much weight. I think Yonghwa more attractive when he's not so skinny. haha

But I'm still gonna miss PD Shin though.

Well, the good thing maybe we get HEARTSTRINGS 2 after this where Yong Hwa will get PSH again to appease the fans.

Why is everyone so mad? Maybe the writer will shock us by pairing LMH with Yonghwa together? I mean as in a good bromance, it need not be a conflict.

LMH deserves good co-stars who can bring out the best in him, like Lee Joon Hyuk in City Hunter.

To share some positive thinking: PSH and JYH dare to do another drama again because no matter what the rumors are besides there being no proof, they are just very good friends with nothing to hide. The real deal is JKS and PSH.
Well, this is my opinion and love the kind of real friendship PSH and JYH have and treasure. (Maybe a little feelings of groovy love involved but can't be taken to another level).
We should let them enjoy while they can. PEACE!!!

Since a while ago , and even before the drama was annoced i heard yonghwa talking about what he wanted to act in ( in an interview in november/december), he said a sport drama ..pretty sure it will be about basketball :p

Ok, I really don't have a problem with any of them-I'm actually exited, 'cause I like them-but high school?? Really? That's just wrong!! They should at least be in college or working or anything else. I don't even have a problem with the rich angle, when done right it can be entertaining, but high school richy rich setting for 20's-late 20's actors just doesn't seem right -___- if they want a gossip girl ish drama I'm sure there are others actors out there that fit the criteria for it. Are they JOKING..they have got to be kidding...once was cute but a second time is a major OVERKILL....so we get to see jung yong hwa PINE over park shin hye but does not get her..THIS SUCKS!!!

I'm actually not a fan of JYH, although he must be very famous and talented. I just don't like him in dramas. He was bearable in JYH because he wasn't the lead and wasn't too annoying. Heartstrings I didn't make it to the third episode, even though the musican aspect was cool. I don't know what it is but some actors/actresses you just can't stand.
So I'm nervous about this drama, I hope that he doesn't have a crush on PSH, and is just her good friend in the drama.
I'm also tired of PSH roles, she always plays the awkward, shy characters. It was understandable in YAB and in FBND but I really really hope that she plays someone who is more feisty, just different from her previous roles. But maybe these roles come with age?

I also hope as it is set in high school- why? They are too old, College or University I can understand that. But I hope it isn't shallow and that the drama has some of the sensitivity of School 2013 which I adored!

I'm intrigued to see the chemistry between Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye, I wonder how that will develop over the drama. And how many episodes the drama will be?

But I think if the script and the storyline, direction, director is great, then that could affect the acting, so it might actually be a very different drama. I'm looking forward to it! :)

Wow, I honestly loved them in You're Beautiful but when they were paired in Heartstrings...I don't know I found the chemistry lacking and almost a little awkward. I wanted to love them together but I think that being good friends in real life affects their on screen chemistry. Who knows though, maybe this drama will be better!

I pretty much said to myself that I'll wait til the premiere to convince myself that min ho wont be joon pyo again because I was worried that with the description of the drama he would repeat that character.. but now, i'd need to convince myself that yonghwa wont be shinwoo AGAIN...! and yonghwa and shin hye... 2009 and 2011! their pairing in YAB was great but at this rate, they'll star in a drama together again in 2015, 2017,2019,2021...
and could they cast actual high schoolers? please...

how about JUNG SO MIN to be paired with lee min ho?!

I love LMH but isn't he a bit "old" to play a high school student????? He looks a lot more mature than PSH and Yong-hwa.
