This is actually soo me. Recently downloaded all of his albums (took me quite a while) and I've been playing them in a loop. :)

Although I'm glad Si Kyung's staying, it's hard to see any one of them leave :( Gonna miss the bromance + Sae PD too.

Seung-Woo. :( I'll miss him. He's definitely my favourite ahjussi but I feel like I can also understand. He loves the boys but I don't think he has the energy to keep up and he always ends up suffering and losing his voice too.

The original cast didn't appeal to me. This is my home cast! What to do without Seungwoooooo? I like his oldest hyung bit. I hope the show continues to do well. So many great moments with this crew. Onwards!

Seung-woo Oppa? Noooo!

As with everyone, I'm also saddened by the news. The adorable mat-hyung is leaving. I'll sorely miss his optimism and his easy smile, and his joint-defying pelvic thrusts. Wah!

I for sure thought it was either gonna be SSK or CTH that's going to leave, (and thank god they didn't), but never thought that it would be KSW who's gonna be the one saying goodbye. :'(

And Bird PD, I'll miss you too! :'(

First of all I would like to say superb blog!
I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing. I've had a
hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas
out. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any recommendations or hints? Thank you!

Frankly, I think Kang Hodong is very aware of his duties as an entertainer and the eldest, that's why he always try to instigate things or come up with games or be the bad guy so that other members can get airtime. Airtime is something the individual cast members have to work at, and it took me a while to get used to his loud MC style, but you can't deny his involvement in making 1N2D famous everywhere in Korea. S2 members are more laidback, and have great chemistry, but it also dampens that entertainment factor - I felt that Suguen is not as funny as he used to be because frankly, he had no one to facilitate him. Taewoong may be quiet at first, maybe because he's an actor, therefore not very well-versed in variety shows. They do try hard to be entertaining, but I think they just didn't fit quite well with the other members as the others have gone through a hell lot together for 3 years before they joined/rejoined. I felt that a lot of people had taken the members for granted, as in they don't know how much effort it takes to be entertaining, even in between shoots. This is what makes S1 good: the unpredictability, and their sheer effort which the viewers can feel and see. I'm not saying that S2 casts members didn't put their effort in, it's just that....they need to develop their variety sense more? (CTH is awesome the way he is now) Because at the end of the day, viewers want entertainment, and KHD is very well aware of that. So I think it is best not to make judgments before one understands what a variety show is all about.

I wouldn't want him to join S2 casts, btw because it kinda disrupts the balance.

I'll never not miss genius Ji-won, but bringing him or any of the others back will just mess with the current balance. I think it's best to bring a fresh face that can bring a breath of fresh air to the status quo.

Will miss Bird PD and Seung-woo as well, but it does seem like the harsh conditions are putting a toll on Seung-woo. Hope these guys will have further success in their careers, regardless of what direction they end up taking.

i just watch this show because of Kim Seung Woo. First, his win win get cancelled and the second he resign from 1n2d. How bad is happen in my life. I never want to know about Korea before i watch him on Miss Ripley. I just keep watch this show until 15 march then. i'll wait another drama from you Mr. Kim Seung Woo. :(

*sniffs* well I just watched kbsworld for the seollal trip and gahh, I think I'm gonna miss Bird PD & KSW so much :'( I cried when they took away those in S1 now they took Bird PD who is a fun one since he plays along with the cast members... I don't think I can handle this without frowning. HKH maybe a contender for Joo Won, you know flower comedian and flower actor. HAHA bet that'll be the new it factor for me. Looking forward to see the new cast.

I'm sad to see Kim Seung Woo & Bird PD leave! I was so happy to see that 1N2D's gained a second season and the fact that the cast meshed well together?! Priceless. Also as much as I miss Na PD, Bird PD was actually pretty cool. Hopefully if they do bring in a new cast member [i would LOVE to see Kim Joon Hyun; he's super funny and sweet] and with the new director, I hope that everything works out for them.

If the show could add anyone I would prefer someone like Mc Mong, someone who is extremely hyper, energetic, talkative, very caring and cool. He's the type of guy who just makes everyone happy and entertaining around him. Seriously when he starts laughing I naturally start laughing as well. A singer too would be a nice addition, I love them guerrilla concerts.

international audience prefer the season 2, which has alot of heart.

at the end of the day, it is the domestic ratings which still matter the most.

they should cast someone from a kpop group. maybe from beast, bigbang, shinee, zea, etc.. Joo won is getting older hehe.. This show has to capture the teens or young generation. So far 25 and up are the average age group watching.
