Flowers strike back: Moon/Sun edition
by javabeans
girlfriday: Well, this is an idea gone awry.
javabeans: Is…that…who I think it is? Well, that’s embarrassing.
girlfriday: Someone took “flower boy” way too literally. Those pants are just… wow.
javabeans: Look, just because they’re called “flower boys” doesn’t mean you have to represent every part of that etymology, in picture form.
girlfriday: But then what would you do with that trunk full of your grandma’s old hats that she used to wear to the Kentucky Derby?
javabeans: The easy answer? Bury them with her. So is the new name of this drama just going to have to be DayGlo Moonflower?
girlfriday: I think so. It’s still within the hippie parameters. Sunflower Raindance Moonshine and all. Er, wait, that’s a different thing. Moonshine just gets you drunk.
javabeans: Which is what the art directors must have been on this shoot. Although I say: King Hwon and his posse would never have been caught dead in this carnival getup.
girlfriday: It’s like a craft supply store threw up on them.
javabeans: And then they took pictures as evidence, should the need arise.
girlfriday: Blackmail’s a bitch.
javabeans: At least they’ve got the moon on their side.

but.... I kinda like it? it's like making them cuter? hahahahaha me and my weird taste in fashion.
and anyway, I don't really pay attention to the fashion thing from these pic, I'm just a happy noona to see the boys. How I wish somebody casts them together for their own drama.

Are they really serious? Lol, they really want to get the point across. Although I already get the flower boy point from their faces, guess they thought we needed more. I will stay tuned though. haha

I actually LOVE Siwan's look in the second pic (it oddly matches). He pulls it off smoothly. The third pic's styling is awesome, but what's his names face looks kind of ambiguous like he doesn't know whether to grit his teeth and finish the shoot or make a mad dash for the exit sign he spots from the corner of his eye.
The first pic...Oh HOLY of All Horrors...What kind of crack was the creative director on when they chose to publish this shot??! None of the clothes fit properly and the hats are like oversized birds' nests with flowers instead of baby chicks nestled ontop.

I wonder how would they interpret the phrase "eye candy"? Because, I see, nobody will be able anymore to go further than this. So..it's already over with it as a fashion/ pictorial concept. (just... OMG! )

1st pic: Oh my goodness, those hats! It looks like they took their curtains and made suits out of them. They started dressing, but got lazy so they just put a suit over their pajamas. (-_-)
2nd pic: The shock I received when I scrolled down to the pants. I don't know if it was bravery or craziness that allowed him to wear those.
3rd pic: I see guyliner! :) It's interesting, but I'm not sure what to think about the shirt. It might work...I don't know.

OOOO ~ O_O All of 4 guys are really freaking incredibly but it's too strange for them to wear like that, hehe :D :D
Gosh, Look at third picture: Yeo Jin Goo is really good-looking but I felt bit of weird seeing him use the eyeliner, how interesting. Well, I think he's still adorable-ish and good-looking without the eyeliner, yups yups ;)
