Go Soo and Han Hyo-joo sign on to melodrama

Get your hankies out, folks: Go Soo and Han Hyo-joo are about to wring some tears and break your hearts in a new romantic melo film, titled Bandage.

Go Soo plays a firefighter who’s lost his wife and closed his heart to love… until he meets Han Hyo-joo, a doctor, and the two help each other heal their respective pains.

It’s a simple story, but these are two actors who are pretty much made for heart-tugging, romantic melodramas. He’s got the expressive eyes (think Will It Snow For Christmas), she’s got the gentle wounded spirit (Only You). Basically, you’re gonna cry and you’re gonna like it.

The movie comes from director Jung Ki-hoon, who drew praise with his last film, the heartwarming Aeja. Bandage plans to begin filming this year after Han wraps the other movie she recently joined, I Am the Joseon King.

Han Hyo Joo is okay an actress....I like (try to at least) all Korean actresses and actors...all become my favourites and some not so much...She comes in between fav' and not so much... I try to like her but I don't feel sincerity in her acting at times...the depth of emotions/ feeling is lacking in her acting...her sad scenes look pathetic and her crying scenes looks forceful... sometimes it becomes too pathetic, the sympathy that I should feel is gone and instead I start feel irritating...

Go Soo on the other hand is an amazing actor. He has all the right nuances and depth of a good actor....

Together, I think they make an odd couple...Let's see, how the film fares...

why are said like that? HAN HYO JOO act really good n great of course, i think you dislike her so u said that. HAN HYO JOO won as BEST ACTRESS beating park min young , han ji won , etc for 2011 BAEKSANG AWARDS.. Han Hyo Joo got daesang on MBC, n anothers awards, but why you speak that hyojoo pathetic? all FAMOUS DIRECTOR choose her for did project together. so are your feeling better than FAMOUS DIRECTOR of Korea? omo~ Joengmal..

haha, I know the age gap is big. However, they are actor and actress, just like brother and sister. Same as Dong Yi, Han Hyo Joo and Ji Jin Hee, 9 years different and they still have good chemistry
