ok I like Ji Jin Hee, Yoo Sun and Honey Lee and the premise is interesting especially since this is not another spy/action/thriller drama.....I have had enough of those since IRIS/Athena/Poseidon...so yay for relationship oriented drama.....the only problem is that I'm not a fan of GHS's acting

If it's anything like the 90s drama "Pilot," I think I'll look forward to this. So no, this is definitely not the first aviation drama. But great casting! There's something about Ji Jin Hee that just exudes "I'm a pilot."

As much as I like Ji Jin-hee, that's how much I dislike Gu Hye-sun. JJH was terrific in TMWCM - he played that perfectionist nutcase to a tee, and now here he is playing another perfectionist. He's cute and totally has the sweetest smile!

Just the thought of GHS and all of her crazy, physical acting tics playing opposite him just makes me tired. Frankly, I'm hoping that this drama is nothing like Wings (one of my all-time favorites) - a comedy-driven format would just be lighting the match to GHS's penchant for overacting.

The story makes me a bit worry, usually dates between colleges aren't so welcomed, if romances happen between pilot, co-pilot, flight crews, airplane up in the sky??? This already causes trouble, endangers the flight safety, no matter who play the role !!!

Not true about aviation-themed kdramas. There were at least two I remember and watched called 파일럿 ("Take Off") starring Kim Hye Soo, etc. in 1993 and 창공 ("Blue Sky") with Ryu Siwon and Kim Wonjoon in 1995.

Loved Wings. Mostly cause there was this one actor who lit up the screen. So dreamy. Anyways, seems like it'll be interesting. I've never seen JJH in anything. I was going to watch the Man Who Can't Get Married but something came up.

As to people who dislike "crazy physical tics" from GHS.you are letting dislike of her link to character portrayal. Fair enough if you do not like Go Eun Bi character.I had seen her acting in Pure 19 and the King and I-totally different characters portrayal.Tell me were there any "crazy physical tics" in those dramas? I am sure the director and scriptwriter knew what they were doing as they especially sought her out to do that role.

I don't understand why some people keep making bad comments on GHS whenever there were her news.

I am not her fan, but a k-drama lover. I have watched a lot of k-dramas in the past 10 years. I got to know GHS when watching King and I, then BOF and the Musical. I don't think she is the perfect actress, but it is not as bad as what some people described. I think she might act the way as instructed by the director in those dramas. Anyway, I enjoyed watching King and I, BOF and the Musical where she was the main lead.

I normally wait for DVDs instead of watching the drama on-line due to the small screen. However, I currently got hooked by the Musical. It is one of the best of dramas in the year!!! It is well-written and well-directed with good/strong performances of all the actors/actresses and good music. I will definitely buy the DVD whenever it is available so as to rewatch it in a bigger TV screen.

I like Ji Jin-hee. Wish JJH and GHS bring us another good drama.

Yay!! Another drama to look forward to! I'm not so familiar with the whole cast but knowing that Goo Hye Sun is playing lead in it means this will be a good one. I first saw Goo Hye Sun in BOF. Although I wasn't keen on how she was acting at first, but it (her acting) and she eventually grew on me. Ergo, I loved how she portrayed JanDi. I am now watching The Musical and am loving how she is as Eun Bi. I can't wait how she'll handle her new character as a pilot this time. Kudos to Take Care of Us, Captain and to the directors, writers, cast and crew. I will definitely watch it!

all of GOO HYE SUN's projects are class, intelligent ones...from her dramas, HO10, KING AND I, BOF and now THE MUSICAL..her movies MAGIC, PEACH TREE..everything she does..she inspires us with her witt and charm..

BOF's JANDI's character was an innocent, brave high school student who at an early age, was forced to help her family, she loves her family so much she was willing to do everything for them, she values friendship and a very positive person, no matter how difficult the situation is, and GOO HYE SUN potrayed it perfectly because she is like JANDI, happy and very positive in real life!..it wouldn't be PHENOMENAL if GOO HYE SUN and the other casts did not portray their role well..

BOF makers were looking for an actress, who despite of 'being covered' most of the time, and would make lots of 'make faces' would still look BEAUTIFUL in any angle..THAT'S WHY THEY CHOSE GOO HYE SUN!..Being a natural beauty, she was still pleasant to look at in BOF!..no matter how hard they tried to make her look ugly..

In PURE 19, she was in 'less make up' most of the time, and again tomboyish, but since it was filmed during winter, you could still see her NATURAL BEAUTY..her small milky white face, rosy cheeks, big brown birght eyes, red lips..wow!!!!!

I think all of her pictures should have a 'warning'..that reads: WARNING: GOO HYE SIN PICTURE IS VERY ADDICTIVE, STARE MODERATELY ;-)

Great. My loong time crush, Ji Jin Hee!! I'll definitely watch this drama. =)) The plot is interesting! And great cast. As per Gu Hye Seon, I am not a fan of her. But I am amazed of her talents, i admit. She's not that good in acting but she's not that bad either (like what some of you were saying). It is just, she's sometimes over-reacting. But she's not that bad, come on people! Let's just wait for this drama to air before we say something about her..Let's wait and see. Anyways, DAEBAK to this drama! Hope it rates. ;))

I can't find any actress who is even half as talented as her in terms of overall talent, not just acting. She might not be that good in acting (in your eyes) but she sure in not that bad at all. For me, she's doing great! Check this out.

She won Best actress for HO19, Best couple for BOF, 6th Yahoo! Taiwan Asia Buzz Awards: Best Asian Female Star, starred in MVs, wrote a book, had an art exhibition, directed movies, singing, composing her own songs and oh, she's Korea's Best Face once! If you can't see her talent, you must be blind.

Moreover other actresses can't even be on par with her in terms of being a multi talented person. She IS really one of a kind.

I think people hate GHS not because she is not talented but because they just don't like her for the sake of not liking her.

A skilled actress is still a skilled actress no matter what.

Maybe the way she is being portrayed in the drama that make you dislike her, is what the director wants her to be. A drama can be a horrible piece even if you have a top grade actress but with lousy directing. Acting alone, doesn't make a drama good. Story line, directing, editing, scripting, lighting, sounds and even recapping (LOL, I love Dramabeans!!).. that all takes into account.

For all the antis, you can say you don't like her, it's your right but don't need to bring her down. It only shows your own insecurities. Boo!

I have to really consider this no matter how much I love JJH.

I am biased. I am foremost GHS the person fan after having gotten to know her. But I also love the type of projects she chooses to act in. Even Pure Heart of 19, it dealt with the issues of international marriages, marriages that are frowned upon (between different class, intelligence, age, woman being the main income-earner, etc.) and prejudice that went along with that. I was blown away by such concept being so well told in a drama! She also seems to choose projects where women are portrayed strong, passionate, not perfect but lovable and sometimes funny. She can act--maybe not perfectly---but is there really an actor who acts perfectly all the time???
But I love the musical also. The story is so sophisticated and so well written. With all the hardship of production, the drama and its story is well worth watching. I hope you all try THEMUSICAL. Not for GHS,,,but for the drama that is really worth it-----I hope it gets recognized in Korea somehow....Too bad about the rating in Korea.
