girlfriday: OMG, did I finally get through to the powers that be?

javabeans: You’ll have to fight it out with everyone else in LA who just dropped their Monday plans to stalk Lee Min-ho through the (very large, might I add) city.

girlfriday: Koreatown’s not so large. I’m on it.

javabeans: Crap, did I just blow your advantage? Um, I mean, he’s totally on his way to South Dakota!

girlfriday: Right. Koreatown in South Dakota! Totally.

javabeans: So, whatchoo gonna do with/to Lee Min-ho in the full ten seconds you’ll get before you’re forcibly escorted away?

girlfriday: That part’s rated R, but what’s important is how to get close to him. First, I need to go shopping.

javabeans: Only R? I’m disappointed in your lack of creativity.

girlfriday: How’s a girl to get past R in under ten seconds? Time is against me!

javabeans: If you really loved him, you would find a way.

girlfriday: Okay, I’m revising my plans to camp out overnight so that I can sneak attack and get a few extra seconds.

girlfriday: Pffft, she’s like a stick.

girlfriday: Okay, here’s a thought. What if I sacrifice my fifteen seconds of inappropriate contact (I know, it’s very big of me), and I kidnap him instead, so that we can make him star in our version of City Hunter Season 2?

girlfriday: I know, right? Though then we’d also have to kidnap the PD. And his crew.

javabeans: First things first. We wouldn’t want to get ahead of ourselves, now would we?

girlfriday: Right. Okay, so how to overpower a guy so tall? Well if Nana Bear managed to slam him over her shoulder, I could too, right?

javabeans: Go for the bum knee.

girlfriday: HA. Not above fighting dirty. I like it.

javabeans: Well, with great risk comes great reward. His risk, our reward.

girlfriday: As long as we’ve got that straight. But then where will we keep him? Will we have to tie him up and feed him and read to him, like Ajusshi did with McCreepy?

javabeans: You ask too many questions. Kidnap first, details later. I’m sure it’ll all work out.

girlfriday: Especially when I’ve worked out all the details, like swapping out a fake identical getaway car under a bridge. It’s foolproof.

javabeans: What could possibly go wrong?

girlfriday: By the by, since I’m doing all the work, hands off my Lee Min-ho.

javabeans: WHO GAVE YOU THE TIP?

girlfriday: I’m the one risking the jailtime!

Hey, The Lee Min-Ho and TALL thing...

His bio lists his height as 185 cm which converts to 72.8 inches. That is almost 6 ft, 1 in. 6 feet isn't THAT tall. He looks much taller than 6 ft in photos. So does Song Il Gook, whose height is also listed as 185 cm. Is it because they are very slender with long legs?

@Maymay thanks it's good to have a little break and read some of the posts here. It's quite entertaining. I didn't even know he is here until my die hard friend told me.

Actually, this is the second time I'm doing this for her. The first was when another Korean actor came here (I think she said the name is "Rain" it was 2008) in LA.. I drove her to LAX , she saw the guy but, lost him bec. of the traffic.. she thinks I'm a lucky driver. So she is very hopeful again this friday.

Well, I'm just in for the free dinner.. : ) and maybe squeeze in a free movie ticket too...

If you guys are here in LA, wow that would be a blast! Even if we won't be lucky at least we will have fun doing it...

speaking of chance encounters with celebs... a friend of mine stayed at ritzy hotel in toronto *i forget the name* a few years back. he was on the elevator when a couple of guys got on and he rode the rest of the way down... as he stepped outside the hotel... he thought to himself... *wow the people here are so friendly...

until he realized he rode down the elevator with Bono from U2 and walked outside a little ahead of him. lol... lucky bastard!

I can't tell how happy I am to have found some time to drop by and reply your comments!! ;)

But the reason is less than a happy one - I am by my husband's side - his hospital bedside, to be exact - because he has been shot in the line of duty (yet again) and is recovering from his surgery.

He was shot in his left shoulder (from the front) but thank God the surgery to remove the bullet was a success. I can't tell you how my breaks each time he has to go through so much pain and suffering as a result of his dedication to his calling...and yet I would not trade a single second of my life as his wife with anything...I love and respect him so... ;)

One reason I was MIA for so long is because I was not in Singapore, because I was accompanying my husband on his out-of-Singapore-tour-of-duty and now I am back in Singapore and thus able to have Internet access to reply to your wonderful ladies' comments!! ;)

I have missed you all so much and missed reading your wonderful comments and commenting on them!!! ;)

I am so sorry ladies but I have to stop here for now because my dear hubby needs my tender loving care now..hehehe... ;)

I read on the soompi forums that Yoona went back already and Lee Min Ho and his manager are headed to Vegas. This is a rumor that someone posted so I thought I would share it here. Again, this is a rumor so I cannot say with certainty that the above scenario is true.

I'm actually staying at the Grand Wilshire from tomorrow so I will post if I see anything. The Yoona going back seems legit seeing as how Girls' Generation has other appearances that must be kept. I suppose they could finish filming the CF in about 3 days.

If Yoona left though, wouldn't somebody have posted something?

i heard he was shooting his cf in death valley of all places. and there was some interview saying that after his cf shoot, he was going to rest for a bit in the US. so vegas makes sense!

Vegas has been actively courting S. Korean tourism (actually everyone's tourism, since the economy has eroded business and convention travel there). Apparently the number of Koreans going to LV increased 60% last year. LMH said in an interview back when he was doing all those CFs right after BOF that he wanted to go there sometime, so who knows if this is his 1st or second time.

I live in Las Vegas for 6yrs now. I like the city very much. The people are great and friendly. I don't think the word "sleaziest" is best to describe our city.

I am in OC, not too far from LAX.. CAN"T BELIEVE I MISSED the opportunity to see LMH. Did not know about this until today:((( IS here coming back this way before returning to Korea???? I LOVE LMH, especially CH but I have not been following or reading up on his personal life...who is Yoona???? girlfriend?? ummmmm:(( But that doesn't stop me loving LMH any lessssss.. I arrived at the Grand Wilshire today. I have not been hanging around the lobby area but I have not seen Lee Min Ho when I have walked around. If he is finished filming, I can't imagine him staying in downtown LA for much longer.

This is my first time staying in downtown LA and the area itself seems rather sketchy. I also passed by the Sheraton and I cannot believe Korean Music Festival artists stay here.

Still no word if he has left town yet? I will update but my WWE festivities will take up most of my day tomorrow.
