I'm also someone who thinks Reaper boy was Yi kyung's bf (or someone really close to her). Possibly so that he can complete his job/punishment as a reaper, his memories of his past life have been repressed, so he wouldn't interfere with those he left behind (Yi kyung).

he didnt say "girls in this generation are so fickle"- which you probably got from the subtitles. If you arent korean, you shouldnt just take the subs for hard fact because honestly, they arent all that accurate. What he said was "Girls in this neighborhood are such badasses"- implying the difference between life on earth and life in heaven. The writers probably used the word neighborhood in replacement of heaven because they didnt want to offend any of the religious people watching the drama, or aethiests for that matter, because each person has different beliefs about what happens when one dies.
anyways, the point is, he probably isnt the 100 year old reaper that everyone is saying he is. like he said, hes been at the job for five years, and we all know, reapers dont lie ;)

UH STUFF GETS CONFUSING...who's who's ex-bf now and what the eff about Jy Hyun then...? I mean, no matter how much I want it to happen, I think in the end Ji Hyun will end up with Kang, but still, Reaper Boy has to fall for her, I mean, there have been more than enough hints that he will. (I want it to happen becaaaause...well so far, we've seen practically nothing about Yi Kyung's past and character, whilst we know pretty much about Ji Hyun...also, I am more into a love-story when I can follow it right from the start (and see how they fell in love with each other)...not somewhere in the middle. AND I WANNA BE INTO THE REAPER BOY LOVE STORY D:!)
So yeeeeah... seeing that stuff looks like reaper boy will fall for Ji Hyun, but that he also is the ex-bf of Yi Kyung, atm I have NO IDEA where this is going romance-wise. Which is both a good and a bad thing...good because that means the drama isn't predictable, bad because I hate it when I can't be sure about what happens next and fear that i'll end up being disappointed. D:
This drama will be killing me...
(And if I was Ji Hyun, i'd totally fall for reaper boy ... he has this tough "Baaah-like-I-care-about-your-problems"-attitude, but any fool is gonna notice that he actually has a good heart...I mean even pabo Ji Hyun noticed. XDD

I thought him on the rooftops and whatnot was a nod to Wings of Desire, which was about an angel who willfully clips his wings to be with a mortal woman. The film had gorgeous shots of angels perched on European architecture, overseeing humanity. It also had an awful Hollywood remake City of Angels.

I don't get it - I just listened to this OST/49 Days - he's totally *meh* - and yet, he sang "TRAP" FOR MGIAG and was fabulous.
He did all the guitar and vocals for "ROCK,ROCK,ROCK"
and was excellent!
UTube has lots of live videos of him singing and playing - he does have talent (especially in Midas where he's naked in bed ....)!

And JB - I know you only appreciated KHJ for his curly perm, but you could have included him in your header naming of singers/actors - he did do OSTs for BOF & PK.

Sitting high on the ledge, right knee popped onto the left knee, strumming a guitar and singing? somehow, I find it ridiculous! It's dangerous, one must be properly seated when one is perching on the ledge! Then again, he's the grim reaper himself, he might even be strumming his guitar on top of a volcano. hehehehe..
on other note, I can't help thinking that this show's premise has similarity with the US show: Drop Dead Diva. Just sayin'...

Really fall in love with uri Scheduler. I always imagine that he is the main character. Kkkkk. His past life was really mysterious. I hope he will be with Eekyung. Its fair. Since Jihyun with Kang, and Injung with Minho. So, Eekyung must be with Scheduler.;))) omo, but i can't imagine that Schedulers lover is a 'Noona' like Eekyung. I think Scheduler is too young. But if Eekyung 5 years ago, i thing they're match.

I like the song. It starts off a little rough but as it goes on it gets better. I don't think JIW should quit his day job to be a singer but he did a good job all things considering...:)

I think I know who the reaper guy is in the story. There have been some clues to his identity. Anyway, damn he is one good looking man. Even though at times he reminds me of an owl. A cute one.

in prosecutor princess the ost is quite nice and i was hoping, i can hear a good soundtrack here too...

ps. heard JIW's voice; not remarkable but not bad either... it lacks intensity compared to other k-pop male singers, but his not a singer so its justifiable
