What do you think about Minki's musical attempt??

I've listened to his album and his type of music clicks with me, but voice wise.. err.

Not bad. Based on that one song, I say he has some talent.

I hope he comes back to acting, though. I can't think of any other actor who can pull off quirky-but-earnest as well he does.

Except that..as much as I enjoy listening to his mini-album, it's not really something I'd go to a concert for. Like, it's stuff I want to listen to while cruising in my car or while settling into the writing groove, not stuff I want to rock out to in an auditorium. (Maybe other people feel differently, whatever.)

Still, I wish him the best of luck. :D I've always loved that quirky kid.

I've only seen him in DJ's Spring, and thought he was great in it...so I was curious to hear what he sounds like as a singer...while I like the song, very 80-ish, his vocals do not move me at all (unlike JGS or Lee Dong Gun who totally make me melt whatever they sing or speak!), his voice is pretty monotonous...maybe it's the style, but it sounds like it could be a more upbeat song, with more excitement and dynamics in the vocals...I wish him good luck as he makes music a focus, but I hope he will keep his acting career going as well...

I just got home! After 1 and 1/2 hrs of driving, what an awesome surprise to see him here!!!!!!!!!! Next to "MY Micky Yuchun(such a great composer as well as being a singer)", Jejung and Bigbang, he's gonna be my favorite singer.

I'll never be able to see Lee Min Ki as a serious musician after his terrible "singing" in Xman... Perhaps a case of too much "multiplayer" ambition? At least he's still acting.

he plays my type of music but his vocals are ehhh... weak. yeah, and as eeps said, he didn't really show that much talent "singing" in xman. i think he's just in love with the rocker image? he's evidently really into that whole black nailpolish, skulls, skinny boy, rocker (*cough* taekyung ) look

I like him as a singer but i love him even more as an actor. I would love to see him in a new project... for example he would be more than perfect for the remake of Kimi wa petto... as MOMO ; ) but well I am not sure about the dancing part ?
