Moon Chae-won begins filming My Fair Lady

Since we’ve gotten our first look at the main players of KBS’s My Fair Lady [아가씨를 부탁해, or 아부해], now we get to see how Moon Chae-won is taking on her character.
Moon’s role as aspiring shoe designer “Eui-joo” is described as “cute and bubbly,” and she plays a young woman who has grown up her whole life as a little sister figure to Yoon Sang-hyun‘s “Dong-chan” character. Moon explained that thanks to Yoon Sang-hyun’s joking attitude, they share a pleasant and comfortable vibe, which no doubt will help their onscreen chemistry as longtime buddies.
Moon Chae-won is jumping into filming for My Fair Lady with hardly a break from her last project, the incredibly popular weekend drama Brilliant Legacy, which just wrapped on SBS. She said of her role, “This is different from the past character in that she doesn’t have a dark side. I’m feeling physically tired because I’m entering this project without resting, but I’m using the endorphins from her cheerful character and enjoying filming. There are things I’m nervous about, but I’m working well with the other actors and the filming atmosphere is so great that I’m gaining energy from that.”
My Fair Lady premieres August 19 on KBS.

i can't wait for this drama! i hope it will live up to my expectations and the media buzz! goodness gracious this summer season of dramas are not as what i hoped for. I am not as satisfied with triple and partner recently. I just don't feel the spunk and addiction like in the previous summer dramas.

i'm looking forward to watching this drama as well esp with yoon sang in it and eun! nice photos! first time i'll be able to see moon chae though -- her character here sounds interesting!

MCW was great in Brillant Legacy. I thought the other two were better actors than the two main leads. I thought they carried themselves really well. I wanted the underdogs to get something! OH well. Looking forward to Lady Castle; with 4 great actors as the main lead, I hope it will be successful!

I love her now. I SO do not want to watch My Fair Lady, but I JUST MIGHT, MAYBE for Moon Chae Won.

Moon Chae Won looks pretty :) I liked how she portrayed her character (Yoo Seung Mi) in Brilliant Lagacy and I'll look forward to her acting in My Fair Lady.

----->for some reason, i really like that comment (: i don't know... there is something sooo NON-generic about this comment! lol she seems like a newbie, but as i'm watching the drama brilliant legacy, she really knows how to let go of her self.
there is something about her... hmmmmmmm... LOL i dunno.
i'm looking forward to this drama! i hope it lives up to the hype. i'm counting on it.

I absolutely loved her acting in Brillant Legacy. She did such an awesome job. The hatred directed at her character by most of the viewers just shows how great a job she did in making the character of Seungmi believable. Her and her character's Mom were just so intense. I was really sad when it ended, but with Lady Castle (sorry, can't get around to calling it My Fair Lady ) shaping up nicely with the cast and YEH as the female Goo Junpyo...ooooh, I am so excited.

I didn't watch Brilliant Legacy, but I amazed by her beauty, grace and acting in Painter Of the Wind. For a newbie, she did an excellent job in Painter of The Wind.

i LOVE moon chae won... after watching her in brilliant legacy, especially the last 10 eps... she really brings herself well.... she's a great actress, i hope she wins award for her acting in brilliant legacy....
and at times her face reminds me of gong hyo jin... though it's not that important...
