My hero! GHS doesn't have to work nearly this hard, yet she never seems to stop moving. By choosing to create a project which could impact it's viewers to take a good hard look both within and outside of themselves also shows that our Hye Sun is very much like the characters which she often portrays in her dramas. She never fails to warm my heart. In trying to live by the examples that she sets, I'll even wish those who line up like rabid dogs to continuously and unreasonably attack her to have a nice day!

More power to our JAN DI /GHS. She is trully A WOMAN OF SUBSTANCE.I love her since HEART OF 19 as Guk Hwa and loved her even more as Geum Jan Di. She is so cute and charming and has a beautiful flawless porcelain like complexion and a MILLION DOLLAR pair of LEGS. She can easily go for a nose job like other Korean actresses but she chosed not . We love her natural beauty and love her just the way she is right now. She is a complete lady and a very talented actress. Want to see and buy that short film if available Hope to see her soon in another KDRAMA, GOOD LUCK to YOU at BUSAN. AJA!!!! FIGHTING GHS!!!!!

like i said in my earlier post regarding gu hye sun...she always reminds me of yoon eun hye... i don't know why but i see some similarities between the both of them...

both are artistic and exude a feeling that you want to be friends with them... they both seem like a super nice person...

You're not alone, Christine. The similarities between both talents and the aura that they both exude has striking parallels. Unfortunately, both have also suffered greatly from the same kind of blind jealousy of certain "antis" who have nothing better to do than to try to seek power over others by flinging invectives and innuendo in the direction of people like these two ladies who live for nothing else than to reach the limits of their own individual talents and make the days brighter for ordinary folks like us. The saving grace is in the fact that both are made of sterner stuff and that they each have a natural way of charming most of their detracters into joining the much larger camp that gets it.

it's funny that a film that already got rejected once got accepted this year
hmm maybe it has something to do with her immense popularity in BOF, although she made the entire show unbearable to watch
i bet they accepted her so they can have more people interested in the festival that wouldn't otherwise be

she's not that great of an actress and i haven't seen her other works so I can' say she's a good writer or a director. but so many shotgun projects makes me think she's not that great at anything

wow, anti-much? you sound like another jealous lmh or khj fangirl. if you don't like hye sun as an actress, based on watching only one of her dramas, well that's your prerogative and your entitled to your opinion. but, honestly, what the heck does her not being "very pretty" have to do her with her directing abilities? and her film short just missed the final cut of the festival last year, so it's quite possible that she re-edited it and the newly edited version played out more favorably with the judges. if it wasn't that good, her film short wouldn't have made it that far initially without her riding the "BOF wave"...which, btw, no one seems to mind that lee min ho or kim bum, who have no singing experience, are clearly doing via the digital single release (min ho) and the F4 special album part 2 release (min ho and kim bum).

hye sun is such a multi-talented, hardworking, down-to-earth and humble girl that it's sad when a person with obvious self-esteem/jealously/insecurity issues has to take cheap-shots at hye sun to make herself feel better about her own obvious inadequacies and crappy, envy-laden personality.

well, i'm surprised how people can hate and say shit without thinking even once about hardworking and deserving actors like gu hyesun ....i've read soo much hate abt her acting nd stuff that i just feel like punching those haters ....i wasn't even her fan but surpisingly BOF was the drama that made me love her. how the hell can u call that bad acting ??? ...call me stupid but being a non-fan i wasnt at all annoyed by her acting ...instead it just made me smile and laugh ...i've laughed and cried like crazy along with geum jandi throughout the series....she's worked sooo damn hard without sleeping or eating properly ...and accidents to top that ...still she wishes we enjoy her acting ...but well people cant do that ....i guess i'll never understand !!!

Sure she can't really show great acting skill but she is still young, there is room for improvement. Sure she is receiving attention due to BOF popularity but hey she has to have talent to be in there in the first place. Now she just has more luck.

I just want to say this to GHS haters. The more you guys put down and criticize GHS, the more she's going to rise and be rewarded in her accomplishment because she has a good heart and very talented actress. No question ask!!
