Isn't Koo like sleeping only 1-2 hours a day too? Isn't she also releasing an album soon?

I think books can have a general publication date set before they're complete but this is set to be released to be released so soon and it's only 90% complete? Maybe, it's already written but it's not all the way edited. The date is still really soon, though.

Either way, I love how she pursues what she wants to do ^^ Like she said, even when she's aware it may not be a success she still does it because its something she wanted to do...She's really talented ^^

That aside, I wish her next drama project is a serious one. Comedic doesnt suit her (I mean, she did well in Pure 19. But, I think BOF is a bit overly comedic.. and she doesnt really do the job well.) But in King and I (I <3 that drama... I cried alot towards the end and wanted to hit the King so many times TT______TT) she did so much better :O

I'm starting to get sick of her and other Boys Over flower castmembers, so sick of seeing countless newsreports about them everytime and seeing a big hoopla regarding their every move, so much so, that i can no longer appreciate any report about them and can no longer bear hearing regarding their hyped up talents.

I think there comes a point when it just becomes too much and they just start to become overrated in my honest opinion.

I'm totally loving this overexposure, especially since Lee Min Ho's success is a honest-to-goodness Cinderella story. The drama made him, and he made the drama.

It seems like the attention Boys before Flowers is receiving is similar to the one Goong had when it was airing. Participation in the drama led to instant fame for Yoon Eun Hye and Joo Ji Hoon...so it'll be interesting to see how Lee Min Ho reacts to his own popularity (hopefully LMH won't let his fame get to him tho!).

Still, (@ belleza): I have to admit that the entertainment industry these days seems* to revolve around BBF/BOF (parodies, commercials, interviews), I'm enjoying the hype.

(sorry to double post): and of course, not just Lee Min Ho, but Gu Hye-sun and other "F4 members" =)

impressed of her talents. and it is good to know she really is pursuing her dreams and what she likes to do and even hones her skills...i would not wonder if she will be the first female actress who will be doing the behind the camera works and would make HIT movies or series.

I think the real testament of this overexposure is if they still remain this popular after this show is over. Always a fresh face and hot thing of the moment right around the corner. I'm curious to see how they will be 2 years from now, that would be interesting.

LOVE GHS but girl need to rest! I am soooo sleep deprived for her! LOL, she is always so busy...even to the point of even surprising herself!

I agree that she needs to rest . I read that she only gets 2 hrs. of sleep as 80% of BBF scenes are about her. She is so talented and a very down to earth person.She takes the subway and don't even have a car. Proud of GHS but she has to take care of her body first!!!

I'd even argue that this is on another level for Lee Min Ho. Lee Min Ho Mania singlehandledly slayed East of Eden and gave KBS its first national trendy in years. Seriously, I get chills down my spine in how his charisma reminds me of a young Kimura Takuya.

with a little knowledge of adobe illustrator you can draw that up in 5 minutes, seriously. I wouldn't call her an artist just for that one thing she did. And i wouldn't call her a singer cuz she's not really a singer at all. Maybe she does know how to sing, i'll have to give her a chance and listen to her album if she has one out that is.
Seems like the luck is always on her side. She had the fortune to get a chance to direct. I havn't seen the film she directed so i can't say she's talented or not.

It just seems like with the popularity of 'flowers before boys' drama, she's taking the chance to really milk the cow. Publishing a book without editing....hmmm...i dunno about that.

i've only known her from Boys Over Flowers, she is a pretty great actress, & she is very multi-talented. i like her more & more. she & Lee Ha Na are super talented people. when does the Peppermint show with GHS air?

Koo was recruited and initially trained to be a singer. But she debuted as an actress. (I figure if Yoona had not been recruited for Girl's Generation, she'd have debuted as an actress too.)

I'm not sure if she's good enough to be lead vocal, but she's in that ballpark. Plus if you've seen her on X-man, you can tell she had some dance training too.

Angie, I am interesting too in how they (F4 member, especially LMH) will cope with their instant fame after this show is over. They would have to make a carefull decision for the next step, since their fame can be a backfire. Look at some cast of Goong 2 years later. Except YEH, they all have a low progress career (acting skill problem?). As for GHS, I 've known that she has many talent, but are they worth it (comparing to other real artist talent) we will still have to see.

FWIW, Song Ji Hyo did act in that little drama known as Jumong . . .

Goong was popular, but BBF is generating 30s WHILE another show is already doing mid-20 numbers. That's unprecendented in this era. BBF hysteria is only a notch below My Name is Kim Sam Soon. Lee Min Ho fever is really on another planet from anything we've seen in the last decade. Except maybe Lee Jung Ki after My Girl and the King and Clown. He's enjoying pre-nose job Michael Jackson level popularity in K-drama.

I love the way KHS plays Jandi character--it is so inspiring. I hear KHS is very shy in real life. So it must be her acting talent that is bringing out the spunky yet kind attributes of Jandi.
I love the show because of her comical, vulnerable yet never-giving-up personality that shines through because of her acting and by the story. F-4 boys are more the fashion models next to Jandi who is not afraid to look ungroomed on TV. KHS's acting is definitely very natural, in my opinion. I really love the show. Even better than the Japanese version--did not care so much about Makino's character in that version. Jandi's version is much more passionate and heartwarming.

I heard her tango book will be made into a manwa? is dat true? if it is, then her book should be entertaining and good :) and aside from the fact that it was a best seller and sold 30,000 copies on its first week,,has it garnered good reviews? If it did, then i certainly am becoming a goo hye sun fan!! her talent has no limits,,,and that's a rare commodity in the industry..keep it up gu hye sun!
