Goong was totally overrated with all the hype I found it to be disappointing! This one probably will be too with Korea's top overrated actress!

Remember a "dream" scene in Goong where JJH was playing house-husband, wearing an apron and cooking in the kitchen then YEH comes home from work? JJH already seemed so gay in the role. Loved them both and am looking forward to this drama. Hope they both agree to do it. It will make a lot of ascend to drama heaven.

I hope they will both agree to do it, because they're good actors and they have great chemistry.... oftentimes, good story is wasted when the leads don't have chemistry at all. Plot seems interesting, I hope they will both agree to do it. Otherwise, I wish them luck in finding leads with "KimSunAh-HyunBin, LeeDongWook-LeeDaeHee, JJH-Yeh" kind of onscreen chemistry :)

Cliche plots, I'm all for it. ^^ Cliches they might be, but they are almost always entertaining. XD But like you said, hope they do something nice and not get to overly cheesy/dramatic. Sad Sonata did have some nice writing, even if it was a screw-up of dramatic "twists" and weepiness in the plot, and Fantasy Couple was funny if also... not good in the plotting department, so the writers should be fairly good, and hopefully their collaboration will mean that they can balance humor and drama.

In other news, I really like this couple. Hopefully JJH will end up looking hot and clean like he did in Goong, and not in recent times, and YEH proved herself as being pretty good in Coffee Prince, and they had good chemistry from way back then.

You have gotta be kidding me! there's no way in hell, that Yoon Eun Hye would accept this drama. Why? Because she would wanna be paired with a much better actor than someone as monotone and dry as JJH. And, she would not take another romantic comedy as her next project, espescially one that is similar to her last one.
JJH needs someone like YEH in his lackluster career right now, but she doesn't need him. She needs someone who can challenge her and JH isn't that person.

I also find it very dirty of MBC to use underhanded tactics to pressure YEH to take on this project, when she said that she has not even read the script for this drama. They are putting her in a tight spot and that's bullcr@p imo!

I wanted YEH in a different role a drama that shows that she can act and that she has grown she did grow don't get me wrong her acting was so much better in coffee prince and I just wanted her in a different role this time that will show even more of her talent but if she does accept this role I'll support her because no matter what she does she puts in 110%

Judging from all the news that came out today, there wont be any Yoon Eun Hye-Joo Ji Hoon team up happenin. Sorry folks!
According to Yoon Eun Hye's rep, her mind is pretty much made up on 2 dramas and a movie and for her to do this drama with Joo Ji Hoon is HIGHLY unlikely.

Haha from the plot, I'm already laughing hysterically. I wasn't a fan of Goong at all, but after watching Coffee Prince, the respect I have for Yoon Eun Hye as an actress has revived. But I agree with others, Joo Ji Hoon had better improved his acting or else his non-existent chemistry with Yoon Eun Hye from Goong will totally ruin the drama. Why him, when there are so many other actors who can act better?

When will this air? Will be waiting for this and Beethoven Virus.

Though also currently or at least trying out East of Eden but with those many episodes and the boring first 2 episodes, I may not stay too long watching the drama.

The plot actually reminded me of a Filipino movie (I forgot the title of) I watched before that stars Judy Ann Santos and her Mara Clara costar boyfriend Wowie De Guzman who at that time was my favorite couple onscreen. Just like this drama, it was about the girl trying to live on her own and somehow ended up staying with a pretend gay guy without knowing. Yah, eventually he falls in love with her but he can't reveal his real orientation or else she will leave him. Lots of comedy ensues. Ok here I end my ranting.

Actually, if I had to guess which K-actor is *actually* gay, I would say JJH. Some of his mannerism plant this suggestion in my head, particularly a couple of moments in Devil/Mawang when his posture is less controlled. Isn't it rather daring then for him to be taking on a role even *pretending* to be gay? I mean, *I* don't care which team he plays on, but if he were too convincing wouldn't speculation kill his fangirl base? Or could this be a way of building up an alternative fanboy base? In-te-res-ting...

after reading the article, the script has been sent to a couple of actors and he supposedly was one of them since he has a tie with YEH.
im hoping an actor like Lee Min Ki or even better, Jo In Sung will take on this role if YEH happens to take it as her next project. Just anyone who can ACT please!

Why people bashing joojinhun? i can see from the picture he is not very handsome, but is he that bad an actor? i dont know who he is so i cant comment, but if he is a bad actor then there is reason for his bashing. If not, people should just look at Miss Yoon and not bash.

@poster number 88, i have some news for you. For them to be the PD's TOP choice DOES NOT mean that the PD loves Joo Ji Hoon's acting. They love Yoon Eun Hye's acting for sure, coz she's already proven herself with all those Acting awards and she is one of the most sought after Actress in Korea right now...but Joo ji Hoon is just a publicity ploy, to get the Goong viewers that's all.

Dont even think of putting him on the same level as YEH, because the only time they were sumwhat on the same level, was when they first started in Goong. After Goong, YEH worked hard and achieved whatever success she has now on her OWN. That's something that he needs to learn and what his fans need to learn as well. He needs to find success on his own and not ride on someone else's.
His fans are just dying to make him pair up with YEH to revive his dwindling popularity.

Love it. Well i'm a confess fan of JJH. Compared to YEH, he's relatively young in the industry. At least for his first kdrama, Goong was a success. I don't think it will be without him there. But then again we won't be able to find out now if it would have succeeded with other actor in it =). ANyway, i love the casting, and i hope it will push through so that JJH can prove himself. If he's playing a fag hag here it will be such a big contrast to his quiet and controlled acting in Goong and The Devil.

@post no. 92, I am a JJH fan. But don't worry, I am not dying to pair JJH with YEH. Most of us are not actually. Personally, I would rather see him again with Shin Mi Nah for the 3rd time (thank goodness her fans are so down-to-earth) than with YEH for the 2nd time. So please do not misjudge and generalize. That's something a fan like you needs to learn as well. JJH-YEH fans maybe JJH fans too, but JJH fans are not all JJH-YEH fans. Please keep that in mind.

And I have some news for you too. JJH might not have an acting award, but not having one does not always prove that he can not act. I would rather go with the testimonials of PDs and actors he had worked with than your unfair and ignorant comments. Yours are not even constructive. On his dwindling popularity, I suggest you visit JJH and YEH's respective Korean and Japanese official fansites, galleries and boards and see for yourself whose has more registered members, hits and posts. He may not be as overrated and popular as YEH in terms of accomplishments and publicities, but he is surely well-loved and respected by many fans who up to now, have never dared to put him in the same level as YEH nor see YEH or any other actors as a competition. If you think YEH is better in most every way, then maybe she is. If you do not like JJH then I don't really care because that is your opinion, but please do not prejudge and belittle JJH and his fans because you know nothing about him and us.

I am not that much fan of YEH but I respect her a lot for being hardworking and humble. But like JJH and other celebrities, YEH is not perfect as well. i think you should know, i am a fan of shinmina, and when us SMN fans taiwan + hk found about a reunion with JJH, we were not very happy, but we are glad the other co-star is a well-grounded movie actor.
We wanted some one who had experience in films, but our bad luck.
I hope the plot of the story + SMA's charms will lift the film.
