[Ask an Actor] Kim So-hyun

Kyaa! An opportunity popped up for us to interview Kim So-hyun for our Ask an Actor series, but we have to be quick about it, as the window closes soon.
Kim So-hyun first caught our attention as the fun-to-hate child villain in The Moon That Embraces the Sun and Rooftop Prince. She then channeled that sass into more endearing roles in I Hear Your Voice and Page Turner. Kim So-hyun has since graduated to leading actor, and her most recent lead role was in Radio Romance. She’ll be gracing our screens later this year in the upcoming KBS rom-com sageuk Nok-doo Jeon.

Hello Sso, I really like you a lot. You've been one of my top biases ever since I first saw you as a child actress eventhough you would always act as the antagonist then, so I have a lot of things I've been wanting to ask. But I'll just make it simple.
1. You've been interested in acting ever since you were a child 'till now. What draws your attention or what made you interested in acting and why?
2. In correlation with the first question, what made you stay and determined to continue acting?
3. You've done a lot of projects and your roles were interesting and varied. There were no particular genre either. So, what made you decide or what are the criterias you have in choosing your role, drama, drama and other works? And what particular genre you're interested and would like to work in the near future?
4. Many actors/actresses have their favorites and whether they were more inclined to doing dramas or movies. in your own opinion, which do you prefer more? Dramas or movies, and why?
5. You've always been determined and passionate with your acting that everyone can't help but admire and love you and your works, but did you ever have a moment when you've regretted taking up acting at such a young age 'till now, and why?
6. You have a work profile that can rival the old veterans/your sunbaes and have your fair share of experiences to the point that you've been titled a lot of things like Chameleon Actress (because you can play whatever role and make the viewers buy/believe your character to the point that they would love anything in it) and Chemistry Queen (because it doesn't matter who you were acting with/against with, you just make the characters live and the chemistry you channel with them were palpable and oozing with charm) among others. What's your reaction/opinion to this?
7. I'm not sure if I've missed any of your prior works but I can confidently say that I've watch everything that I knew of (what's stated on your internet profile), and I would like to know what's your most unforgettable work, unforgettable character, unforgettable co-star, and why?
8. You've done an interview before and stated you prefers sad and slow ballads rather than idol music. Is it still the same now?
9. if I remember it correctly, Sso left Sidus HQ in 2015.
– In December 2015, she launched her own one-person agency, E&T Story Entertainment, in partnership with LOEN Entertainment. What made you decide to do that and why?
10. Sso, you've always wanted to learn to cook. How's your cooking now?

2. You have 2 upcoming dramas from webtoon adaptations, Love Alarm and Nok Du Jeon. Kim Jo Jo and Dong Dong Ju are characters that are very different from each other. Can you tell us the charms of both characters which made you decide to play them?
