In Poland with So Ji-sub for spy drama My Secret Terrius

Hunkalicious ajusshi So Ji-sub (Oh My Venus) is coming back to the small screen with a new spy drama called My Secret Terrius. It’s being brought to us by the same writer from rags-to-riches drama Shopping King Louis, so I’m expecting there to be a ton of wacky humor. The teaser is super serious and a little typical of the spy genre, but I can’t help being suckered in by So Ji-sub’s lost puppy dog eyes.
My Secret Terrius is about a legendary black ops agent who disappeared from the intelligence community. The newly released 20-second teaser shows the charismatic spy side of So, as he disappears perfectly into the crowds of Warsaw, despite the satellite-cam tracking him as its primary target. The copy then reads: “Black ops agent Terrius has disappeared!”
Perhaps he could have stayed missing, nursing the hidden pain of his past, but then we wouldn’t have a K-drama, would we? So, of course there’s a nosy “ajumma”-next-door with fantasies of conspiracy, and she becomes entangled in a messy covert operation. (I agree with javabeans, calling the female lead Jung In-sun an ajumma is too much. Just like when they called Go Dok-mi an ajumma.) And former Agent Terrius can’t let her flounder alone…
Although the teaser only shows So, the rest of the cast has been confirmed with Jung In-sun (Woohoo Waikiki) as the plucky ajumma heroine. The second leads are Sohn Ho-joon (whose performance I really enjoyed in Go Back Spouses) and Im Se-mi (About Time). Terrius also has an amazing supporting cast that consists of Kim Yeo-jin (who I absolutely loved in Witch’s Court, Pride and Prejudice, Angel Eyes, and the list goes on and on…), Jung Si-ah (Super Family), Seo Yi-sook (who was absolutely terrifying in Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People), and Eom Hyo-sub (a steady presence in solid dramas like Life, I’m Not a Robot), UNIQ’s Sung Joo (You Drive Me Crazy!), and everyone’s favorite best friend Kang Ki-young (What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim).
Wednesday-Thursday drama My Secret Terrius will begin airing on MBC starting this September. Squeee!

Hunkalishious is correct. You do realize he used to be 20 something and he has always been stunning. I have always thought he was more handsome than guys like Won Bin. He's taller, broad shoulders, and those cheekbones! Even so, he's not much of an actor in my opinion. A beautiful man, but just not an actor with much range. I'm ashamed to admit my interest and admiration for him are purely shallow and superficial based only on how hot he looks. Slap me with a wet noodle.

I'm excited about the entire cast except Jung In-Sun. I find her incredibly annoying, ever since Circle, couldn't watch Wakiki because of her either. Hopefully she changes my mind in this.
