The Tall One stares down naked Kim Min-seok in Age of Youth 2 teaser

Ooh, more bits of the upcoming drama Age of Youth 2 have been revealed. The latest teaser is a continuation of the first, and shows what the Belle Epoque sharehouse roommates were so surprised by on their return: their new roommate. This new season will be a mix of old and new characters, creating a different story showing how the growth from last season has lead to changes in the girls’ lives.
Han Ye-ri (Age of Youth) will reprise her role as Yoon Jin-myoung, now a stylish careerwoman still coming to terms with her previous lifestyle as a college student full of hardship and poverty. Han Seung-yeon (Age of Youth) will be a more subdued and fearful Jung Ye-eun, due to her trauma from her abusive boyfriend last season. Park Eun-bin (Father, I’ll Take Care of You) will return as Song Ji-won, the boy-crazy, awkward but lovable single gal.
Then, we have our two new faces: Choi Ara as Jo Eun, the mysterious “Tall One,” and Ji-woo as Yoo Eun-jae (originally played by Park Hye-soo in season one), the maknae who broke up with her sunbae boyfriend played by Shin Hyun-soo (Ruler—Master of the Mask).
The new posters show the four original housemates looking out of house windows at the latest addition to Belle Epoque, Jo Eun, who stands just outside the door. The copy on the first poster says: “Introducing the new housemate.” The teaser begins with surprised and intimidated expressions as the girls have to look waaaaay up to look at Jo Eun, who is much taller than them. She asks whether this is the correct house, and they nod slowly.
Then we see various scenes of the girls interacting with their potential new love interests, ending with Kim Min-seok’s (Defendant) naked appearance, which causes all the girls to scream except for Jo Eun, who stares with a deadpan face. Then, the last bit shows Eun-jae and Ye-eun running past Ji-won in agitation, and Ji-won, despite not knowing what’s going on, immediately joining them with full energy.
After seeing these new promos single her out, I’m really curious about Jo Eun. I wonder what backstory she has, and how that’ll help shape the story of this season of JTBC’s popular coming-of-age cohabitation drama. Friday-Saturday drama Age of Youth 2 will begin on August 25.

Hahaha, I'm enjoying these teasers.
Ji Woo seems like she'll do well as the new Eun Jae.. it's still a little weird seeing her as Eun Jae but I'm sure I'll eventually get used to it.
Really excited for Park Eun Bin though.. I think she's amazing!!

It will definitely take some getting used to seeing Eun-jae with a new face, but I'm excited! It's starting just a few days before my last year of college begins. Every year besides my freshman year I have started off the school year with a campus drama (2015 with Twenty Again, 2016 with Age of Youth, 2017 now with Age of Youth 2) and I'm so excited to start off my school year again with these girls!

Seriously, I think this is my favorite type of kick-back-and-relax drama. Love these stories about life and friendship. Super excited for this drama to air!! I'll def gonna try to follow along, despite busy schedules as an upcoming college sophomore. :(

Oooh~~ I already falling in love with all of the Belle Epoque's girls within the first 30 minutes of the show, and now I'm on my way to watch episode 6.
I'm surprised to find out that I like Park Eun Jae so much more than I had expected, considering that she was being played by Park Hye Soo and I hate her so much in Introverted Boss, she ruined that show for me ! Or that might be just the side effect of bad writing..
Anyway, I'm excited for this new line up \^o^/
I should be able to finish AoY season 1 before the end of this month !

Also isn't Eun-jae just the cutest little maknae? Introverted Boss was quite unfortunate, given how much I adored Park Hye-soo's Eun-jae. Here's hoping that Ji-woo is just as cute!

My goodness, Choi Ara has legs for days! They're so long and she's SO TALL. <3 I already have a girl crush on her because of her cool demeanor and tomboyish looks. Definitely interested in her the most here. And of course, Ji-won! Bummed about possibly no chef for Jin-myung, though.
