He's a good actor, but I have had a hard time buying romantic chemistry from him (which KILLS me) and that can't be entirely the ladies' faults. Maybe it's because the only one of his dramas I've missed (City Hunter) is supposedly the one where he has romantic chemistry with his leading lady.
Apart from the "Game Over" kiss of course in Personal Taste. Happy Siiiiiigh.

That was a very (very very) good kiss in City Hunter, but chemistry-wise with that couple, I wasn't feeling it.
I loved him in Faith and felt the chemistry there, and though there was but one kiss to dwell on, it was a good one. Of course, I don't think he knows how to kiss badly.

I surf in hawaiian water and it is hard to keep a hat on. However, it sure does not look likes there is a lot of wave there. When I watch tv shows that have the main characters be surfers, it is always hilarious because the editings are all wrong: Wrong footwork, stands, wrong stunt persons, or wrong waves. Anyway, I am sure they probably make him look like he is a surfbum avoiding his family's work responsibility.
Just so you know, surfing is a lifestyle sport, and it takes a lots of dedications and disciplines to be good at.
It also helps to take the stress out of your life.

I've a feeling that this might turn out to be really overrated and I'm scared that it might come crashing down hard on us if the drama doesn't hold as well as we expected. Eek. The buzz is really amping up our expectations (too) high.

I rather know nothing about it, expect exactly nothing and then be wowed for what it is rather than what I think it should be *cough* BIG *cough*.
I'm hoping it'll be KES's usual style of really interesting male characters with her usual side of visual details. And that's about it.

Not for me. I'm taking a win-win approach. I'll watch it for all the pretty. And if it's good, that'll be a bonus.
But, for me, no Kdrama experience is complete without a Dramabeans recap. In a way, the worse the drama is, the better the message board is. Wouldn't you agree that no matter how good or bad the show turns out to be, the posts here will be hilarious?
So, if it's good it'll be fun. But if it's bad, it'll still be fun (even though I'll feel sorry for the actors).
Like I said, win-win.

Maybe. But for me, no Kdrama is complete without its Dramabeans recap. Wouldn’t you agree that no matter how good or bad the show turns out to be, the posts here will be hilarious?
If it's swoon-worthy, the Dramabeans recap and comments will make it swoonier. If it's cringe-worthy, Dramabeans will make it outright funny.

The last time I saw him shirtless was in BOF, and it promptly undid all my noona-drooling, because the only thought I had was 'please put your clothes back ON!', he was so skinny.

I think LMH is a great actor he not only has a great chemistry with each of his counter parts but he is got charisma and knows how to handle himself. Now that I see him shirtless u can tell he is got some great bod too!!!!

I know of many high schoolers with that sort of physique too.......its the age when they start going to gym regularly and become health food addicts. :). There are many that tall too.
That's why I think rather than their appearance ......a lot will depend on their acting and script for them to carry out their high school characters. The older they are the tougher its going to be for them to play it. LMH has the toughest in that sense.
