I don't know why but her paleness reminds me of an SNL skit. Andy Samberg was Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas and to avoid any confusion he said he wasn't a Japanese ghost. It's more funny if ya see it. Anyways, it looks cute so I might check it out.

Anyway, maybe she's dressed in layers like that to prevent from getting too much pain. Like if she was wearing normal thin layer clothing, she'd feel more pain from bumping against a table or something.
